The workshop will be composed of five days (from 8th to 12th February 2010), organized on the basis of the detailed work programme you can find below:

DAY 1
- Welcome of participants.
Theoretical Introduction - the learner is the centre of the Universe. Constructivism and Montesca-Montessori’s approach applied to adults and parental learning

- Learning through the art: An Alberto Burri’s creative experience
(afternoon 2.30-5.30 p.m)

DAY 2
- Learning through emotions
(morning  9.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.)
- The emotional learning path:  parents and children learning together
(afternoon 2.30-5.30 p.m)
- Night at the Museum: learning trough traditions, art and emotions.
Dinner and discussion
(Evening from 8.00 p.m.)

DAY 3
- Learning through the craft: sense of touch and creativity
(morning  9.30 a.m. -1.00 p.m.)
- Sense of touch: making pasta together …
(afternoon 2.30-5.30 p.m)
- …and dinner in a traditional Umbrian house 
(Evening from 8.00 p.m.)

DAY 4
- Learning and socializing: The social networks era
(morning  9.30 a.m. -1.00 p.m.)
- The game approach: playing and learning in family through Internet
(afternoon 2.30-5.30 p.m)

DAY 5
- Conclusion and discussion

- Final Dinner

Workshop activities will consist in:

- frontal classes
- simulations (in presence or on-line)
- role games
- workshop activities to try out directly the models proposed
